All properties are cleaned and prepared for your arrival along with any agreed extras. Linens are included and are changed weekly unless another arrangement is specified. Heating and air-conditioning are included. The property should be left clean and tidy, in extreme cases should a deep clean be necessary, an extra charge will be applied.
Well behaved pets are welcome at our properties. Any damage caused by your pet however, will be charged to you directly.
At most of our properties, we can arrange for special services such as housekeeping, babysitting, concierge services including car hire, short trips with a motor yacht and wine tasting guided tours in the Attica area. If you require property with live-in or daily housekeeping, please be sure to mention it when you call to book your property.
We provide a limited number of adaptors for US-European plugs.
You are expected to vacate your property by 12 noon on the day of departure. If you plan to leave very early in the morning, please notify us at the time of booking or on the day arrival day in order to arrange the return of the keys and to take care of any additional fees to be paid. There is no need to scrub the floor when you leave, but dishes should be clean and put away, garbage should be disposed of, and the property should be "broom clean."
Yes we have dedicated drivers who will meet you in arrivals with a name board for that personal service. The costs are fixed so from Athens International Airport to the properties 1 - 4 passengers = €40.00 from 7am to 7pm or €50.00 from 7pm to 7am each way. Charges for additional passengers are given upon request as larger vehicles or a combination of vehicles are needed. This can be booked for you and you can just pay the driver directly.
Yes, we can arrange cots, high chairs and even camp beds. The costs for these are as follows:
• Cot – 6 EUR per night per week plus vat
• High Chair – 4 EUR euro per night per week plus
• Camp bed – 8 EUR per night per week plus
Yes, we provide a welcome pack in each of our properties including tea, coffee, sugar, water, jam and bread. Tap water in Athens is safe to drink. We can also arrange for specific items to be purchased upon request.
Payment options are by bank transfer, PayPal, credit or debit card. If a PayPal fee occurs, usually through any funding that is not a bank account, then this will be added to your final amount.
A security deposit covers a certain amount of breakages. After our property has been inspected by our management company and the ‘all clear’ is given, we return this security deposit to you.
We have a management company that acts as your first point of call should something go wrong in the property. Depending on the nature of the incident they have an emergency number that is available 24×7. Their contact numbers are in the manual provided in our property.
Ask away! We’ve bought a Christmas Tree and Easter Eggs for children before, so nothing will surprise us. If you have a special request we can consult with out management company and sort something out for you.
We provide all linen, towels, a bin liner in each bin, toilet rolls in each bathroom. Dishwasher tablets, washing powder and conditioner are also provided. WiFi is available throughout all properties.
Yes, our properties have air conditioning and central heating according to the building regulations. We ask that guests do not leave the air conditioning on when the property is empty. We also ask that all doors and windows are shut whenever the heating or cooling system is on. Abuse of the system will cause damage and possibly freezing to the units, and any damage caused by this will be taken out of the security deposit. When the air conditioning is used correctly, this will never occur.
Smoke detectors have been fitted in all properties. There is also a carbon monoxide detector at the property. Fire extinguishers are placed in the property as well as a fire blanket in the kitchen. There is also a security safety deposit box for you to use.
